Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place within the European Union.

Shipping costs

Within Germany

Flat rate of 6€ per order. From an order value of 200 € we deliver free of charge.

To the European Union

Flat rate of 25€ per order

To Europe outside the European Union

Flat rate of 35€ per order. Please note that country-specific customs costs and VAT are incurred on import.

Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery of the goods (Germany) takes place within 4-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Delivery of the goods within the EU within 8-9 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
